Overview:

The GK35-2C Bag Sewing Machine (Bag Closing Machine) is suitable for sealing plastic woven bags, burlap sacks, paper bags, cloth bags, and other packaging materials in industries such as grain, chemicals, ports, and building materials. The machine features manual start/stop control and a built-in cutter for cutting the thread chain, providing safe and reliable operation with convenient handling. The GK35-2CF Bag Sewing Machine is a newly developed reverse-direction model based on the GK35-2C. It can be used together with the standard-direction GK35-2C machine, allowing both sides of a bag opening to be sewn simultaneously on the same column. It can also be used on woven bag production lines to sew the bottom and top openings at the same time.

Operating Process:

Operating Mode 1: Install the bag sewing machine on the conveyor. After switching on the power, the conveyor starts running and moves the filled bags forward. When a bag reaches the presser foot of the sewing machine, press the foot switch to start sewing. After each bag is sewn, manually push the bag-corner cutter to cut the thread chain. Release the foot switch to stop the sewing machine.

Operating Mode 2: Install the bag sewing machine on the conveyor and switch on the power. Press the foot switch, and the conveyor and bag sewing machine start simultaneously to convey and sew the packaging bags. After each bag is sewn, manually push the bag-corner cutter to cut the thread chain. Release the foot switch, and both the conveyor and sewing machine stop simultaneously.
