Overview:

The GK35-6A Series Fully Automatic Bag Sewing Machine (Bag Closing Machine) is equipped with a photoelectric sensor, pneumatic thread-cutting device, and controller. The photoelectric sensor and controller automatically manage machine start/stop and thread-chain cutting. It is especially suitable for chemical plants, grain processing plants, warehouses, ports, and other facilities with high automation requirements, enabling automatic sewing and closing of filled woven bags, paper bags, cloth bags, and other packaging bags. The controller also provides bag-counting and thread-chain length adjustment functions for convenient operation.

The machine is equipped with a newly designed controller that not only controls automatic start/stop and bag counting, but also allows the front and rear thread-chain lengths to be adjusted separately according to customer requirements. It is particularly suitable for applications involving sewing after crepe paper tape has been applied to the bag opening.

a. The GK35-6A Fully Automatic Bag Sewing Machine adopts a cutter-type structure. Driven by a pneumatic cylinder, the upper and lower blades work together to cut the thread reliably and can also cut crepe paper tape at the same time.

b. The GK35-6AF Reverse-Direction Automatic Bag Sewing Machine is a newly developed reverse-direction model based on the GK35-6A. It can be used together with the standard-direction GK35-6A machine, allowing both sides of a bag opening to be sewn simultaneously on the same column.

Operating Process:

Operating Process: The machine is installed on a conveyor. When a filled woven bag reaches approximately 10 cm from the sewing machine, the photoelectric sensor automatically starts the machine to sew the bag opening. After each bag is sewn, the cutter automatically cuts the thread chain and the sewing machine stops automatically.
