Overview:
The GW4900 Bag Mouth Folding Machine is installed before an automatic bag sewing machine. It is used to convey packaging bags and fold the bag opening before sewing, effectively improving bag-sewing efficiency and packaging strength while helping prevent loose seams and leakage.
A dedicated mounting base is designed to allow customers to add the automatic bag folding machine to their existing conveyor and bag sewing machine systems, reducing equipment upgrade costs.
The GW4900 can also be used as a pulling machine by replacing the stainless steel folding plate with a stainless steel pulling plate, enabling bag conveying without folding.
The GW4900SS is a stainless steel bag folding machine specially designed for industries such as food and chemicals, providing automatic bag feeding and bag-mouth folding functions.
Note: The standard bag folding machine is equipped with a conventional three-phase asynchronous motor. The bag feeding speed can only be adjusted by changing the pulley opening to alter its effective working diameter. A stepless variable-speed motor can be supplied as an option for easier speed adjustment. Explosion-proof motors are also available according to customer requirements.
