Overview:

This system consists of a GK35 Series automatic bag sewing machine, bag folding machine, support column, belt conveyor, and matching electrical control system. Photoelectric control enables integrated bag conveying, folding, and sewing, improving packaging strength and effectively preventing loose seams and leakage. It is widely used for folding and sewing bulk material bags in industries such as grain, sugar, chemicals, and ports.

The system uses a GK35 fully automatic bag sewing machine, with photoelectric control for automatic start and stop, as well as automatic thread-chain cutting. The height of the sewing machine on the support column can be freely adjusted within a range of 400–900 mm to accommodate packaging bags of different heights.

The folding machine can be equipped with a standard GW4900 model or a corresponding stainless steel folding machine. According to customer requirements, a customized version can also be supplied for conveying packaging bags without folding the bag opening.

Because an automatic folding machine is required, the conveyor should be 2.5 m, 3 m, or longer. The bag sewing machine is suspended on the column and its height can be adjusted by a handwheel. The height of the conveyor belt above the floor is also adjustable, expanding the range of suitable bag sizes. Conveyor lengths can also be customized according to customer requirements.

Operating Process:

① The packaging bag drops from the filling machine onto the conveyor;

② The packaging bag is conveyed forward to the folding machine;

③ The folding machine conveys the bag while simultaneously folding the bag opening;

④ The motor starts automatically and the bag sewing machine begins sewing;

⑤ After sewing is completed, the thread is cut automatically;

⑥ The bag proceeds to the next process.
